Because prescription medications are prepared and dispensed based on an individual clinical evaluation, all sales of prescription products are final and non-refundable.
Once a clinician has reviewed your intake or once a prescription order has been processed by a licensed pharmacy, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund the order.
If an order has not yet been processed, or if no clinical review has occurred, you may contact us to request cancellation. Approval of cancellation requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We do not issue refunds based on personal dissatisfaction with results, as individual responses to medications vary and clinical outcomes are not guaranteed.
If a shipment is lost or delayed, we will work with the pharmacy or shipping provider to resolve the issue, but refunds may not be issued.
